Most challenges in leadership, parenting, and personal growth are not caused by a lack of knowledge.
They are driven by something deeper — patterns, emotional responses, and subconscious beliefs that shape how we think, react, and communicate.
This is the work I focus on.

I'm an ICF certified life coach and a Rapid Transformational Therapy® Practitioner working at the intersection of emotional intelligence, behavioral patterns, and subconscious transformation.
I work with organizations to develop leaders who can:
And I work with individuals — particularly parents — to understand the same patterns in a different context:
how they show up in their relationships, their parenting, and their daily reactions.

What I have seen consistently across both corporate and personal environments is this:
The same patterns that create challenges at home
are the ones that show up at work.
A leader who struggles with communication under pressure
is often navigating unexamined emotional triggers.
A parent who reacts impulsively
is often responding from deeply rooted patterns formed much earlier in life.
Without awareness of these patterns, change remains temporary.
With awareness, transformation becomes possible.
In addition to my work with clients and organizations, I share insights on emotional intelligence, communication, and human behavior through my podcast:
Where I explore the deeper patterns that influence how we think, feel, and interact — both personally and professionally.
What does it really mean to be diplomatic—and why do so many people struggle with it?
In this episode, we explore the true meaning of diplomacy and how it connects to emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and effective communication. Is being diplomatic the same as being fake, or is it actually a skill that helps you express yourself more clearly and build stronger relationships?
In this episode, we dive into one of the most powerful skills you can develop: understanding people.
After spending time exploring self-awareness in previous episodes, because truly understanding others starts with understanding ourselves first. Today we look outward, into understanding others.
Humans are complex. Our personalities are shaped by many different factors. But to make things easier this episode will explore the fascinating framework from the bestselling book “Surrounded by Idiots” by Thomas Erikson, where human behavior is grouped into four colors.
Are you a perfectionist parent without even realizing it? In this episode, we dive deep into what perfectionism really is — the healthy side that drives us toward excellence, and the unhealthy side that leaves us stressed, anxious, and critical of ourselves and others.
You’ll discover the three main types of perfectionism psychologists talk about, how they show up in everyday life, and most importantly, how they play out in parenting. From the over-scheduled, always-on mom to the father striving to provide perfectly, we’ll explore how these tendencies affect not only parents but also children’s growth, resilience, and relationships.
